Fresh Voices in Dance showcases the next generation of choreographic talent emerging from the ballet world. Following a global search, Youth America Grand Prix selected eight inaugural fellowship recipients to create original works that will receive their world premieres at Jacob's Pillow: Braylon Browner, William Dugan, Davidson Farias, Manoela Gonçalves, Alexander Mockrish, Nnamdi Nwagwu, Isabella Howard, and Pillow Alum My'Kal Stromile. The program marks the first-ever public presentation of work developed through Youth America Grand Prix’s groundbreaking new choreographic fellowship initiative.
Performers in the program include dancers from ABT Studio Company, Houston Ballet II, Alberta Ballet School, The Ailey/Fordham BFA Program, San Francisco Ballet School, The HARID Conservatory, and School of Philadelphia Ballet.
