TICKET DELIVERY 2024: Jacob’s Pillow will begin to distribute all e-tickets purchased before June 26th. Upon completing your order, please retain your emailed receipt for your reference, and expect to receive your Jacob’s Pillow e-tickets via email. If you prefer to pick up hard copies of your tickets at the Box Office, you may do so during Box Office hours beginning June 26th. Jacob’s Pillow does not offer print-at-home tickets, nor do we offer mailed tickets. Printed e-tickets will not be valid for entry. Thank you.
